By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AABHA is an AI-powered wellness companion that provides:

• ✦Vedic birth chart calculation using the VedAstro astrological engine
• ✦Personalized aura color assignment based on your cosmic blueprint
• ✦AI conversational spiritual guidance powered by Claude (Anthropic)
• ✦Daily aura readings and spiritual insights
• ✦Multilingual support in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi
• ✦Shareable digital aura cards for social media

To access certain features, you must register for an account. When registering:

• ✦You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• ✦You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• ✦You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• ✦You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@aabhalife.com
• ✦One person may hold only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, use false information, or engage in abuse of the Service.

You may use AABHA to:

• ✓Generate and view your personal Vedic birth chart and aura profile
• ✓Engage in AI conversations for personal spiritual reflection
• ✓Download and share your personal aura card on social media
• ✓Access daily readings and spiritual insights
• ✓Join the waitlist and receive updates about AABHA

You may NOT use AABHA to:

• ✗Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Service for commercial purposes
• ✗Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI system prompt
• ✗Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• ✗Submit false, misleading, or malicious birth data to generate reports for third parties
• ✗Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AABHA's AI-generated content
• ✗Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others
• ✗Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• ✗Impersonate AABHA, its team, or any religious figure

AABHA offers the following service tiers:

Billing Terms:

• ✦Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• ✦Indian users: billed in INR via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
• ✦International users: billed in USD/GBP via Stripe
• ✦Prices include applicable taxes where required by law
• ✦We will notify you 7 days before any price changes take effect

Cancellation & Refunds:

• ✦You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• ✦Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• ✦No refunds are issued for partial months of service
• ✦If you experience a technical failure preventing access, contact us within 48 hours for a case-by-case review
• ✦Founding member rates are locked for life as long as the subscription remains active

All responses from AABHA are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic, routed via LiteLLM). You acknowledge that:

• ✦AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific circumstances
• ✦Astrological and numerological interpretations are for wellness reflection only, not scientific fact
• ✦AABHA does not predict the future and cannot guarantee any outcome
• ✦Responses are generated fresh each time and may vary between sessions
• ✦AABHA may make errors in Vedic calculations in edge cases — always verify with a qualified jyotishi for important decisions

All intellectual property rights in the AABHA platform, including but not limited to:

• ✦The AABHA brand name, logo (आभा), color palette, and design system
• ✦The aura color system and its 10 unique aura profiles and descriptions
• ✦The AI system prompt architecture and persona design
• ✦All website and application code, UI components, and animations
• ✦All written content, readings, affirmations, and spiritual guidance text

...are owned exclusively by AABHA Life and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Aura Card:

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to download and share your individual aura card on social media with attribution to AABHA (aabhalife.com). Commercial use of aura card designs is not permitted.

User-Generated Content:

Any content you submit to AABHA (e.g., journal entries, messages) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content to deliver the Service and, with your explicit consent, to improve our AI models.

AABHA may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles on:

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:

• ✦Decisions made based on AABHA's AI-generated spiritual guidance
• ✦Reliance on astrological or numerological readings for medical, legal, or financial decisions
• ✦Service downtime, data loss, or technical failures
• ✦Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• ✦Content accuracy issues in AI-generated responses

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500 / $10 USD (whichever is greater), if you are a free user.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• ✦Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• ✦Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• ✦Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of astrological calculations
• ✦Warranties that defects will be corrected within any specified timeframe

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing contactus@aabhalife.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process this within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• ✦You breach any provision of these Terms
• ✦You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• ✦You attempt to harm other users or the Service
• ✦Your subscription payment fails and remains unresolved for 7 days

Your use of AABHA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to first contact us at contactus@aabhalife.com to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.

For users located in the European Union: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority regarding our data practices.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• ✦Send an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect
• ✦Display a prominent notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
