1. Digital Subscriptions

AABHA offers digital AI wellness and Vedic birth chart analysis subscriptions (Soul Plan ₹199/mo and Spirit Plan ₹499/mo) processed securely via Razorpay. Because digital services are accessible immediately upon subscription activation, fees paid are generally non-refundable except as stated below.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full or pro-rated refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system or payment gateway error.
• Service Outage: If the Service experienced extended unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours during your billing cycle.
• Unauthorized Transactions: In cases of fraudulent or unauthorized charges, verified by our payment partner Razorpay.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to contactus@aabhalife.com with your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
